Here is a recipe for an easy do-it-yourself foot soak you can create at home. Lime essential oil naturally contains astringent properties, which help to reduce foot swelling. Lime essential oil also conditions and soothes skin. If your feet are tired from from standing all day, wearing high heels, or running a marathon, this is a great foot soak for you!
Ingredients:
1 lime, sliced thin
1/2 cup sea salt (or add our Vanilla/Lime Aromatherapy Bath Salts)
4 drops lime essential oil
Directions: Fill a large bowl or your bathtub with warm to hot water and add the above ingredients. Soak your feet for 15 minutes and towel dry. Afterward your feet will feel refreshed and renewed!
